- Ask for personal information or action regarding matters you are unaware of.
- Request that you send money or provide sensitive details like your PIN, passwords, or account numbers over the phone or via email.
- Pressure or threaten you to take immediate action, such as transferring funds or clicking on suspicious links.
- Redirect you to unfamiliar websites or ask you to download files or software that you did not request.
- Ask you to verify information by calling a number other than our official contact numbers.
- Instruct you to send money through unconventional methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency.
